Support training interventions by capturing training outcomes and maintaining training databases; Post establishment support: Provide administrative support for post establishment functions such as the creation, abolishment and reservation of posts; Assist with staff placement processes; General office administration: Perform routine administrative tasks including filing, managing emails, photocopying, and document handling; Record-keeping and compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant government policies and procedures; Clerical and administrative support: Assist with queries, ensure data accuracy and integrity and provide quality customer service; Liaise with internal clients (CSC departments) to support service delivery.
Skills needed: Proven computer literacy (MS Office); Written and verbal communication; Good planning and organising skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
