Takealot.com, a leading South African online retailer, is looking for a highly talented Inbound Returns Supervisor to join our Takealot Delivery Team in Johannesburg

Job purpose :
The Inbound Supervisor will be responsible for all stock received into the Returns DC.
This position reports to the Returns Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that all milk run deliveries are off-loaded and released timeously.
- Ensure that documentation is checked, signed and copies distributed and filled Accordingly
- Ensure that all staff comply with SOP’s.Address all deviations.
- Complete and report on all KPI measures and provide reasons for deviations.
- Ensure that all equipment under your control is used correctly and stowed away safely.
- Capture and calculate overtime accurately and ensure submission deadlines are met without an error
- Ensure that the attendance register/biometric data is accurate and to resolve any queries
- Assist staff with administrative and operational requests.
- Manage PPE and stationary requirements effectively.
- Ensure that all staff are using the correct PPE for the task being performed.
- Ensure that operational areas are kept clean.
- Ensure that products are stowed correctly, safely and neatly.
- Ensure that all returns are processed correctly and within SLA.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification preferred
