Hire Hangar is on the lookout for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in high-volume staffing—especially from large recruiting firms—who knows how to source, assess, and place top-tier tech talent. What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation
Handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates
Conduct technical interviews to assess skill fit and client alignment
Partner closely with tech clients and hiring managers to understand evolving role requirements
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up
Use ATS and sourcing tools to organize and track candidate data efficiently
Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruiting workflows and boost hiring success
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing environment
Proven experience working with tech clients and conducting technical interviews
Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to working with both candidates and internal teams
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, remote work setting
Availability to work PST or EST hours (must be flexible to overlap with PST a few days per week)
