Job Description and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Customer Service Skill
- Assist all clients who walk into the showroom
- Assist clients who phone into the showroom
- Answer and assist web leads
Time Management and Admin Skill
- Manage own admin
- Put together quotes to send out to clients
Sales Skill
- Do follow ups
- Close deals
Product Knowledge Skill
- Advise clients on our products and their suitability for different applications
Requirements
- Matric
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Basic computer literacy - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proactive
- People Person
- Passion for customer service and wanting clients to leave happy
- Passion for closing a deal
- Interest in interior design
- Thrive in a multitasking environment
- Understanding basic concepts of maths
Advantageous Experience:
- Construction industry related (tiling, fabrication, flooring, slabs etc)
- Customer centric experience
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
- Alternating Saturdays: 9am - 2pm
- (Company shut down period: December)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R9 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
