Key Responsibilities:
- Generating accurate invoices based on customer orders for goods, including details like product descriptions, quantities, prices, and payment terms.
- Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
- Generate credit notes for returns or adjustments.
- Maintain accuracy and filing of invoices, credit notes, delivery documentation, and remittances.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in customer invoicing
- Experience in Sage Evolution
- Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
- Matric or equivalent required
- Computer literate
- Age Preference: 25 to 30 years
