Avianto Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Sculler who will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment.
Dedicated, passionate and reliable individual to assists in basic food preparation, receiving and storing products in the kitchens and maintaining back area of the kitchen spotless for inspection ready conditions in accordance with hotel cleaning guidelines.
You are required to have knowledge of general kitchen operations and of general food storage guidelines.
Be in possession of a valid motor bike license where you will be transporting food from one venue to the other as part of your daily duties. Food need to be delivered with care, always maintaining high food hygiene guidelines.
Must have:
- Grade 12
- Motor Bike license a must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work shifts which includes Weekends & Public Holidays
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: R5 600,00 - R6 200,00 per month
Experience:
- Motor cycle/trike driving: 3 years (Required)
- Hotel Kitchen : 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Code A/A1 (Required)
