BTT Richards Bay is currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join the BTT Richards Bay & Isando Logistics Department
The main purpose of the job is to ensure that all customer requests, queries and orders within the region are effectively and efficiently responded to.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).

Ability to interact with and influence external and internal stakeholders.
Solid product knowledge – Chemicals, Fuels, Gases.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
3 years’ customer service experience
2 years Admin/ Data Capturing experience
Experience in the chemical/Petro-chemical industry would be advantageous.
Experience in Bulk Liquid Storage Facility/Terminal Operations would be advantageous.
Practical knowledge of SAP, EDI system, FuelFacs+ and vehicle booking system.
Strong Computer Skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that all transfer, rail and road orders from various customers are accurately received and created on BTT SAP system.
Receive dip certificates from Logistics Controllers and file accordingly.
Update the Logistics dashboards monthly and submit to Logistics Manager.
File all Logistics filing received from shift Controllers accordingly.
Gather information for reporting requirements.
Maintain a good relationship with all customers.
Assist Supervisors and Manager with customer complaint investigation.
Ensure Customers are trained on the orders creation portal when required.
Facilitate Logistics daily meeting on ad hoc basis or when required.
Ensure weekly posting and accurate accounting of all slop drums.
Perform all general administrative duties within Logistics department.
Assist with RBI-dip capturing if required
