The Role
We are looking for a marketing professional who can confidently represent Drop Growth in client-facing conversations and lead a consultative sales process. You will receive booked calls with warm prospects, understand their challenges, and position our marketing solutions effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling booked calls with warm prospects
- Running a consultative, marketing-led sales process
- Preparing proposals and managing follow-up
- Bringing a marketing perspective into every conversation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing management or account management roles
- Understanding of B2B marketing (email, LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, content)
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (remote)
Earnings Example
- Base pay: ZAR 14,300/month
- Commission: ZAR 2,400 per sale
- Potential commission: ZAR 14,300 – ZAR 47,600/month
- Realistic monthly earnings: ZAR 14,300 – ZAR 61,900
