Receptionist – Medical Aesthetic Practice (Claremont, Cape Town) Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm A leading medical aesthetics practice in Claremont, Cape Town, is seeking a warm, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This is a key front-of-house role in a high-end, fast-paced environment, perfect for someone with a passion for skincare, aesthetics, and overall wellness. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and ensure a professional, welcoming environment Manage appointment bookings and client schedules efficiently Handle billing and invoicing Answer phone calls, emails, and patient queries promptly and professionally Maintain a tidy, calming reception area and offer refreshments to clients Support the doctor and clinical team with day-to-day and ad hoc tasks Receive and check stock deliveries, log inventory, and perform weekly stocktakes Maintain clear communication with patients before and after procedures Requirements: Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role (medical or aesthetic environment preferred) Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable using booking software and Microsoft Office High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure A genuine interest in skincare, medical aesthetics, and holistic well-being Why Join Us?
