Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Merchandise Compliance Administrator to join our team on a Fixed Term Basis. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that store planograms are effectively executed at store level, ultimately driving increased sales, and enhancing the in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and implement store planograms for specified Incredible Connection and HiFi Corp stores in the Johannesburg/Pretoria regions.
- Ensure all SKUs are placed on pegs as per the planogram and displayed correctly.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels in stores to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Verify that all SKUs are displayed accurately with the correct pricing, including promotional pricing.
- Oversee the appearance and functionality of display stands, ensuring they are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Confirm that FAB (Feature, Advantage, Benefit) cards are correctly placed and visible on relevant display stands.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit compliance and address any deviations from the planogram.
- Collaborate with store teams to resolve compliance-related challenges and maintain merchandising standards.
Key Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with store teams effectively.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, planogram implementation, and stock management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with IC and HiFi Corp store environments is advantageous .
