New Business Acquisition Associate.
As a New Business Acquisition Associate you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business in line with Protea Care’s growth strategy, mission, vision and goals, ensuring our values are met every step of the way.
Protea Care is a trusted and reliable in-home care agency operating throughout the Western and Eastern Capes and most recently moving into KZN, delivering exceptional care to clients from the comfort of their own homes.

Your Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying new business through campaigns, active networking and social media, with focus on building client relationships
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams
- Managing the acquisition cycle from prospecting to closing contracts
- Visiting new clients
- Producing weekly activity and conversion reports to Management and providing assistance to the marketing team
Required skills and experience
- Driver
- A deep understanding and interest for the home healthcare industry
- Minimum 5 years in a face to face soft sales environment
- Diploma in Sales and Customer Service with a degree preferred
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Posses strong negotiation and communication skills
- You will be a natural empath, with the ability to connect and build rapport with people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities
- Computer literate with an advanced knowledge of Google Drive and Facebook Meta Suit
- Knowledge and confidence in actively participating in networking and business events in the local areas, showcasing and promoting Protea Care
- You will be professional, dressed appropriately and conduct yourself in line with the ethos of Protea Care at all times
- Ability to organize and multi task, ensuring your work load is prioritized and time managed as required
This role is a straight commission based role providing you the chance to control your own monthly income based on successfully securing new business; giving you freedom to manage your own time, with the potential to earn in excess of R50,000 per month.
