We are seeking a proactive, organised, and professional individual to support our managerial operations. This role combines receptionist duties with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and databases.
- Manage office supplies, monitor inventory, and place orders as needed to ensure operational needs are met.
- Oversee day-to-day office functions, including facility maintenance and the coordination of vendors and contractors.
- Assist staff and management with various administrative tasks, such as document preparation, formatting and data capturing.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on client communications and administrative matters.
- Prepare, compile, and organise tender documents and business proposals.
- Organize and support company events, staff meetings, and other corporate functions.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including processing invoices, managing expenses, and tracking budgets.
Candidate Requirement:
· Minimum: Diploma/ Certificate
· Minimum: 5 years’ experience in an administrative position.
· Microsoft Suite (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Microsoft Teams / Outlook)
· General Admin Duties (Copying / Filing / Printing / Answering phones)
· Attention to detail
· Some experience in accounting tasks would be advantageous

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
