Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FIN PS Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Financials and Project Systems (FIN PS) solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of business processes, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality results in client-facing environments.
The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze business requirements, provide strategic input, and implement scalable and maintainable SAP FIN PS solutions. The role also involves leading and supporting project lifecycles, ensuring business objectives are met with minimal risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FIN PS modules, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering insights, best practices, and high-impact solutions.
Understand, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
Work across technical design, development, testing, and go-live activities.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction through structured implementation and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to support full solution delivery.
Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training to ensure adoption and sustainability.
Keep up to date with the latest SAP innovations, including S/4HANA, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:
Proven hands-on experience in SAP FIN PS (Project Systems and Financials) implementations and configurations.
Strong understanding of financial processes and project accounting.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear SAP solutions.
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (design, build, test, deployment).
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
SAP FIN PS Certification (required or in progress).
Additional SAP certifications in related modules (FI, CO, S/4HANA) are advantageous.
PMP or similar project management certifications (desirable but not required).
