We’re a UK accountancy firm supporting 3,000+ small business clients. We now want to scale our inbound lead flow and brand visibility and need an experienced Paid Media Manager to own our performance across Google Ads and Meta.
The role
You’ll take full control of our paid acquisition: strategy, budgeting, audience research, creatives, copy, tracking, optimisation and reporting. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can plan, execute and improve campaigns without needing daily direction.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage high performing Google and Meta campaigns (search, performance max, remarketing, paid social etc).
- Create and test ad copy and visuals (briefing designers where needed or using your own tools).
- Own conversion tracking, pixel/tag setup and attribution.
- Continuously optimise for CPA/ROAS and scalable lead quality.
- Produce clear dashboards and reports, ideally in Looker Studio.
- Manage and improve CRM workflows, ensuring leads are tracked through the funnel.
- Provide weekly and monthly insight: what worked, what didn’t, what’s next.
What you’ll bring
- Proven track record managing sizeable Google and Meta budgets with exceptional results (show us numbers).
- Deep knowledge of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation and creative testing.
- Comfortable writing persuasive ad copy and shaping creatives.
- Strong analytical skills: turning data into actions.
- Experience with CRM management (HubSpot or similar) and reporting tools. Looker Studio experience preferred.
- Self‑sufficient, organised and reliable. You get things done.
- Experience in professional services or B2B lead gen.
Nice to have
- Basic design or video editing skills.
