Create a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
Follow a structured script while keeping the conversation lively and human.
Lightly qualify guests using pre-set questions (training provided).
Transition the conversation into a next step (discovery/strategy session).
Send reminders and confirmations to podcast guests before calls.
Join the virtual meeting room 5 minutes early to prep guests.
Log notes, update reports, and ensure smooth hand-off to the client/sales team.
Ideal Candidate
Outgoing and personable with strong charisma and natural rapport-building skills .
Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and professional.
Comfortable speaking with executives and business leaders daily.
Able to keep conversations on track within 15–20 minutes.
Organised and consistent — able to manage multiple daily interviews.
Tech-savvy (Zoom/Google Meet, Calendly, Google Docs).
Background in sales, communications, PR, or customer-facing roles a plus.
Working Hours
4–5 hours/day, part-time.
Consistently available for scheduled calls, including international guests.
Must be disciplined and punctual (2–3 interviews per day).
Compensation
Base salary: R9,000 – R13,000/month (depending on experience).
Commission: 5% of first-month revenue from new clients booked via podcast.
