Job Purpose
Blue Label Media is seeking a Personal & Office Assistant to support our CEO with executive coordination, office administration, and personal task management. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in maintaining efficiency at both an operational and personal level.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare responses to routine correspondence and meeting agendas
Coordinate personal appointments and family-related events for the CEO
Office Administration
Organize meetings, events, and boardroom bookings
Take minutes and distribute documentation from internal and external meetings
Manage courier deliveries and supply inventories
Schedule office maintenance and vendor coordination
Event Coordination
Organize company events and special office initiatives
Assist with venue bookings and logistics for internal functions
Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office systems
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive mindset
Education
- Matric - Essential
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in office or personal assistant roles
