About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with physical challenges due to injury, illness, or age-related conditions—especially those with spinal and musculoskeletal issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong clinical knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality manual therapy and rehabilitation interventions
- Educate patients about treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with doctors, biokineticists, and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient case reviews
- Stay current with CPD and industry regulations
- Work with both DBC and non-DBC patient protocols
- Provide support and education to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with HPCSA
- Valid BHF and relevant professional body registrations (e.g., BASA, SASP)
- Clinical experience with spinal and musculoskeletal conditions preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
