As our PPC & SEO Specialist, you’ll be the digital powerhouse driving high-quality traffic, leads, and results for a variety of clients across diverse industries. You’ll take ownership of paid search campaigns and organic search strategies, ensuring they’re performance-optimised, budget-wise, and creatively aligned with brand goals. You will work collaboratively within a fast-paced advertising agency environment, contributing to multi-disciplinary teams and presenting insights directly to clients.
Key responsibilities
Strategy and execution
Plan, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform paid and organic strategies.
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and domain authority.
Monitor and adjust SEO tactics based on algorithm changes, competitor activity, and business goals.
Analytics and reporting
Use Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar tools to track campaign performance and SEO progress.
Create insightful reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and other key metrics.
Collaboration and integration
Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO and PPC best practices are implemented across websites and campaigns.
Liaise with Account Managers to align digital strategy with broader client objectives and brand tone.
Present campaign results and insights in client meetings, often with clever metaphors and a healthy dose of charm.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and SEO in an agency or high-volume digital environment.
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, paid bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
Excellent copywriting and keyword strategy skills.
Proficient in tools like Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio (Data Studio) and HubSpot experience a plus.
