Minimum Requirements
- Certificate in Stakeholder Management (Essential/Minimum)
- National Diploma in Community Development (Essential/Minimum)
- Advanced Diploma in Project Management (Desirable)
- Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field (Desirable)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Community Development, including hands-on project management, budget management, and stakeholder engagement (Essential/Minimum)
- Strong analytical skills to assess local socio-political, socio-economic environments
- Proficiency in understanding and applying relevant legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MPRDA, BBBEE, SLP, LED)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local communities, government bodies, and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage community development projects aligning with company objectives

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement community development projects in accordance with company processes and relevant legal requirements to enhance socio-economic growth.
- Manage Business Unit's volunteerism and enterprise development mentoring/coaching activities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses to assess local socio-political and socio-economic environments, informing community development strategies.
- Collaborate with local communities, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to identify and execute sustainable development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of community development projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, expenditure tracking, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability and compliance.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, including participation in Community Development forums and audits, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Support the integration of enterprise development and supplier development plans, evaluating the needs and progress of beneficiaries.
