- 3–5 years’ experience in residential property maintenance, facilities administration, or technical specifications
- Exposure to affordable housing or township rental stock preferred
- Experience working in high-volume, resource-constrained environment.
- Knowledge of residential building systems (basic plumbing, electrical, structural, etc.).
- Technical knowledge of material items, uses and best contraction practises.
- Ability to interpret and challenge contractor quotes and technical assessments.
- Strong administrative and document control abilities.
- Good judgment in balancing tenant needs with cost and compliance.
- Strong ability to adjudicate material prices and labour rates.
- Customer service mindset (especially in managing tenant-originated requests).
