Role Importance
We manage a high volume of real estate deals at any given time, often 30 to 50 transactions in progress. These deals can become unpredictable fast: sellers may back out, legal issues can arise, or title complications surface last minute. Your role is to stay ahead of the chaos, resolve problems early, and guide each file through to a successful close, all while maintaining clear communication and keeping everyone focused and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all transaction files from signed agreement to final closing
- Monitor deadlines, gather missing documents, and ensure title partners meet their obligations
- Negotiate terms such as payoffs, contract modifications, and extensions when necessary
- Maintain consistent communication with all parties—sellers, buyers, lenders, and legal teams
- Record detailed notes and manage documents using platforms like InvestorFuse, Slack, Google Workspace, and digital signature tools
- Submit daily reports summarizing closing performance, turnaround times, and deal losses
Compensation and Benefits:
- $7–$9 USD per hour (top of range for proven pros)
- $50 USD bonus per funded file
- Quarterly performance bonus tied to close rate and speed
- Immediate start; six-week ramp to full autonomy with hands-on training
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional spoken and written English; able to handle high-pressure conversations with professionalism
- Solid experience coordinating real estate transactions, particularly in the U.S. title or escrow space
- Proven ability to manage 30+ active deals simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Resourceful and fast-thinking — you find solutions quickly and make smart use of tools like AI
- Equipped with a dependable remote setup: dual monitors, fast internet, and a noise-canceling headset
- Available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern hours, ideally from South Africa or a similar time zone
