Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate quality delivery across the various teams.
- Monitor quality adherence and compliance to quality standards.
- Ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives.
- Deploy the quality management tools.
- Provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues.
- Communicate quality initiatives.
- Documenting findings, generating reports on quality assessments, and providing feedback to management and relevant teams regarding quality control results.
- Providing support to employees on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Identifying vulnerabilities and gaps in processes or systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience, particularly in relation to risk management.
- Assist in aligning processes in the business and to ensure that this is in line with customers' expectations.
- The role for data extraction and analysis typically involves responsibilities such as collecting, processing, and analyzing data to derive insights and root cause analysis that can inform business decision
- Key skills often required for this role include proficiency in data analysis, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You
- Minimum Qualification - Completed relevant undergrad degree/diploma
- Additional Knowledge - Quality Assurrer/ Contact Center Advisor
- Experience - 2-3 years in a relevant position
