The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Monitoring calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
- Evaluating the quality of interviews against a set criteria
- Producing quantitative reports of interviewer techniques
- Informing team management of outstanding and poor performance
- Recommending when training interventions should take place, and assisting with same
- Compiling training materials and other required documentation

Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Fluency, written and spoken, in English and Afrikaans
- Experience as a Quality Assurer
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite

- Willingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
