Recruitment Administrator required in Cape Town.

Requirements:
- Matric and a relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, or admin support
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Sage 300)
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
- People-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative
- Basic understanding of South African labour laws
Duties and Responsibilities::
- Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Talent team
- Assist with audits of HC documents and data
- Accurately prepare monthly HC reports, including headcount info
- Process HC-related invoices
- Schedule employee probation discussions
- Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards, including LinkedIn
- Conduct initial telephone screening of candidates based on job specifications
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
- Prepare interview packs and support hiring managers with documentation and logistics
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, including personal details, qualifications, and bank information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records
- Track recruitment data and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, status reports)
- Ensure all data is handled securely and in compliance with company policies
- Assist with planning and execution of recruitment events or job fairs
- Maintain Human Capital templates (e.g., interview invites, regret letters)
- Support probation tracking and Human Capital document follow-ups
- Respond to queries from candidates and internal stakeholders professionally and promptly
