What’s the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order to Delivery (OTD) Relief Scheduler for a 9-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of fuel products to Mobility sites and B2B customers. You will develop and manage delivery schedules that align with customer requirements, operational capabilities, and safety standards. This position requires strong coordination with internal teams, transport partners, and customer operations to ensure seamless execution of the Order to Delivery process.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and optimize accurate, cost-effective delivery plans using VMI data and customer orders.
Ensure all deliveries meet HSSE standards, operational procedures, and customer SLAs.
Coordinate with OTD systems focal points and fellow schedulers to balance order demand with truck availability.
Collaborate with Credit, Customer Operations, and Product Supply teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
Minimize stockouts, Left on Boards, and excessive multi-dropping.
Manage deviations from the delivery plan, including post-schedule amendments in GSAP.
Handle customer inquiries regarding order changes and assess feasibility for rescheduling.
Communicate changes in planned shipments to relevant stakeholders and/or customers
Account for supply and delivery constraints in scheduling and communicating them appropriately.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
What you bring
2 years’ experience in scheduling bulk products.
Supply chain management or logistics qualification.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with numerical and analytical skills, including cost analysis.
Experience with Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics, particularly in order, fleet, or inventory management.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., CIP) is a plus.
Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in distribution operations
