Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance records for the retail team.
- Provide direct support to the National Operations Manager and KAM team.
- Assist with in-store responsibilities as required.
- Strong attention to detail in all administrative functions.
- Proven administrative support experience (retail environment experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
