What you will be doing:
- In-office role requiring inter-departmental collaboration.
- Handle inbound leads (phone, email, CRM) with personalized attention.
- Build and maintain a strong prospect network through consistent engagement.
- Close deals efficiently using the sales methodology (offer, purchase, transfer).
- Maintain detailed CRM records (client profiles, lead sources, transaction progress).
- Provide expert property advice on market conditions, returns, and yields.
- Assist owners with resale, rental evaluations, and capital growth insights.
- Contribute to project planning with feedback on pricing, design, and competitive analysis.
- Support clients through customization, handovers, and query resolution.
What our client is looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in high-value property sales or financial/investment advisory services.
- Proven history of consistently surpassing sales objectives.
- Proficient in CRM systems, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.com.
- Highly skilled in using Excel for in-depth investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of the Cape Town property market, particularly the Atlantic Seaboard and CBD areas.
- Established a robust network of previous clients and potential buyers within the high-value real estate sector.
