To sell Flexi Funeral and Flexi Life Product in the outbound contact centre in accordance with the business needs. To facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer management and to consistently portray a professional image.

- Completed Matric
- NQFL5 Long Term – 120 FAIS Credits
- RE5 accredited
Experience
- 1 year sales experience / contact centre experience
- Life Cover Sales experience
- Code of Banking practice
