Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) as part of a broader HR transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for full lifecycle project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, integration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. The role is pivotal in enabling modern, effective learning strategies aligned with the organization’s development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, including solution design, configuration, testing, and training.
Conduct business analysis and requirement-gathering workshops to align learning technology solutions with organizational objectives.
Configure core LMS components, including:
Learning Items, Curricula, Programs, Assignment Profiles, and Scheduled Offerings
Instructor-Led Training (ILT), eLearning, and Blended Learning
Learning Assessments, Surveys, and Certification Management
Manage user roles, security permissions, approval workflows, and learning plans within the LMS.
Integrate the LMS with:
Employee Central
Third-party content providers
Reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Plateau Reports, Story Reports)
Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and end-user training sessions.
Lead test planning, execute UAT, and support deployment and post-go-live activities.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback, analytics, and evolving learning strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional Consultant
Successfully delivered at least 4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations
Strong functional expertise in LMS configuration, including ILT, eLearning, blended learning, certification tracking, and assignment automation
Proficient in integration with Employee Central and external content platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage and engage global stakeholders
Experienced in creating functional specifications, test cases, and training content
Certifications (Required):
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management, including current Delta certification
