To provide dedicated and effective secretarial and administrative services to support the Process Manager Operations, ensuring the efficient operation of the Process Operations Department.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric is essential.
- Post Matric qualification in a Secretarial/Administration field or equivalent.
- Five years secretarial and administrative experience.
- SAP knowledge is essential.
- Advanced Computer literacy in MS Office Suite.
- Report writing and consolidation experience.
Primary Duties
- Manage the Process Manager Operations diary and execution of day-to day functions effectively.
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate departmental communications.
- Act as a key point of contact, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Compile information and generate associated technical and/or administrative reports.
- Undertake a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks associated with meetings.
- Assemble appropriate material for meetings and conferences.
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements both nationally and internationally.
- Assist in other areas as delegated by the Process Manager Operations.
