Purpose:
Lead and manage enterprise-wide agile software projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Oversee planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery while promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Agile methodologies to improve software quality and delivery.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and mentor teams on agile practices.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage change effectively.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope.
Track benefits, manage risks, and maintain governance standards.
Translate product requirements into actionable tasks.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and retrospectives.
Qualifications & Certifications:
Matric and relevant Honours Degree.
PMP/Prince2 and PGMP certifications (essential).
Scrum Master and Scaled Agile certifications (preferred).
Experience:
8–10 years in project environments, with 2–3 years on medium to high complexity projects.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong grasp of project management, financial principles, and agile tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of industry trends, governance, and risk controls.
