Key Responsibilities
- Provide email support, including Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- Support Microsoft Exchange (Microsoft 365) – user management, mailbox issues, migration assistance
- Deliver basic server support – Windows Server environments, user/group management, printer sharing, permissions, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues – desktops, laptops, network devices, and peripherals
- Act as the primary point of contact for onsite client visits and escalate complex issues where needed
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding job status, resolutions, and follow-ups
- Document all support actions and client interactions accurately
- Assist with proactive maintenance, upgrades, and IT project tasks
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and general email protocols (POP3/IMAP/SMTP)
- Comfortable working in Windows Server environments (user management, basic troubleshooting)
- Skilled in hardware diagnostics and repair (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle – travel between client sites is essential

Pay: R6 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
