for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead the charge across some of South Africa’s most exciting
retail destinations.

Who We're Looking For
A seasoned, strategic marketer with retail in their DNA and hustle in their heart. You are a
relationship builder, a campaign captain, and a consumer whisperer. Your equal parts
analytic and creative — and thrive in the pulse of retail.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (3+ in a retail/shopping centre environment)
Relevant marketing qualification (degree or diploma preferred)
Proven project management chops — you own deadlines, budgets, and briefs.
Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and retail trends
Stellar communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Driver’s licence and own vehicle (because site visits = inspiration)
Leadership energy to take campaigns from concept to completion.
Confidence collaborating with diverse stakeholders — from clients to suppliers to tenants.

Event management, promotions, and activation experience
Digital marketing savvy — especially social media and influencer campaigns A sharp wit and agency-life resilience
