The Senior Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting project delivery by overseeing administrative processes, coordinating project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This role acts as the central point of contact for administrative matters across multiple projects and supports project managers and teams with high-level coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain project schedules, registers, and tracking tools.
- Oversee the preparation, formatting, and control of project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Support project governance processes by organizing reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely flow of project information.
- Monitor project budgets, procurement logs, and resource allocations as required.
- Manage logistics for meetings, workshops, and travel for project-related activities.
- Maintain up-to-date records in project management systems and ensure document version control.
- Mentor junior administrators and contribute to process improvement initiatives across projects.
