Requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in manufacturing and mining.
- Previous employment within a mining company before transitioning to recruitment is highly desirable.
- Experience in placing candidates in the aviation sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate selection methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
