This role exists to build pipeline, test and iterate outbound messaging, and drive market penetration across healthcare verticals. You’ll be on the front lines — driving outreach, learning from each call, and adapting strategies to accelerate traction. This is not just an entry-level sales job. It’s a mission-critical role to validate and grow our customer acquisition engine.

Future Picture: Where You’ll Be in 3 Years
In three years, our SDR team will be 10 strong, backed by two Account Executives and a full-time Sales Manager. You’ll be among the top performers, having contributed to rapid market growth across multiple verticals. Key milestones include:
- Ramp Ready: Fully onboarded and dialing within 72 hours of start.
- Performance Benchmarks: Clear KPIs for ramp-up and consistent high productivity.
- Outreach Excellence: Hitting 100+ activities per day and 15+ qualified meetings per month.
- Booked → Closed: At least one meeting per month progressing to a signed contract.
- Leadership Opportunities: Contributing to team knowledge, refining scripts, testing channels, and mentoring newer SDRs.
Initial Projects
- Outreach Ramp-Up: Begin outreach within 72 hours of start, hitting 100+ activities daily.
- Meetings that Matter: Book 15 qualified meetings per month, with a minimum of 1 converting to a signed client.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and complete records in GoHighLevel, and/or other tools.
- Sequence Testing: A/B test 3 or more sequences per quarter across channels and verticals.
- Playbook Evolution: Provide insights and updates to improve SDR messaging and systems.

Specific Tactical Abilities
- Confident in outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Clear and engaging communication (written and verbal)

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation (required)
- Self-starter comfortable with remote work
- Resourceful, goal-oriented, and excited about growth
- Experience in healthcare or professional services a plus
- Based in the Pacific Time Zone
- Available for daily coaching calls up to one hour, Monday to Thursday at 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Compensation
We believe in paying 125% or higher of the market rate. By being successful in this role you
will be the best in class with a combination of salary and performance based compensation
tied to key initiatives. This will be intense, but fun! Pushing you and you pushing us to all be
