Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store room, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders with approved suppliers in line with business needs.
- Receive, check, and record all incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.
- Track usage and movement of stock, updating inventory systems in real time.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Implement and enforce stock control procedures to reduce waste, loss, and discrepancies.
- Work closely with procurement, technical, and operational teams to ensure stock availability for ongoing projects and jobs.
- Manage returns, damaged goods, and warranty items with suppliers.
- Provide accurate reporting on stock status and requirements to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or store room supervision within the ICT or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of products and consumables relevant to our line of business.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
