Overall objective of Job Function
Sodexo is seeking a reliable and experienced Evening Supervisor to oversee operations during the evening shift at our new unit in Springs. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a team after hours, ensure smooth service delivery, and maintain high standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise evening operations and staff performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Monitor shift handovers and resolve any operational issues
- Support staff with training and guidance during the shift
- Maintain accurate records and complete end-of-day reports
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ supervisory experience, preferably in evening or shift work
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team during off-peak hours
- Knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
