We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, customer-focused Call Centre Agents to join our UK international campaign. If you’re fluent in English, target-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
· Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for UK-based clients.
· Follow campaign scripts and adhere to call Centre protocols.
· Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times.
· Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales or service targets.
· Accurately update customer records and call outcomes.
· Maintain a positive and proactive approach on every call.
Key Requirements
· Fluent in English (spoken and written), with a neutral or international accent.
· Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
· Minimum 6 months’ experience in a call Centre environment (preferred).
· Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
· Target-driven and results-oriented.
· Positive attitude with adaptability to change.
· Comfortable working under pressure in a high-paced environment.
· Basic computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
