Cadcon (Pty) Ltd is a Steel Construction company based in Lyttelton, Pretoria.
We are looking for an experienced Welding Quality Control Inspector to monitor, inspect and document the fabrication process, ensuring all projects are carried out and completed as per client specifications and in accordance to the company’s Quality/HSE Management System.
Applicants require the below credentials:
- Computer Literate (Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Steel Construction & Fabrication Industry
- Registered at SAIW as Level 1 or Level 2 Inspector
- Knowledge of Welding Processes / Procedures & Methods
- Ability to Read and Interpret Drawings
- Knowledge of SANS2001-CS1_2017 _ Structural Steel Fabrication Standard
- Knowledge of AWS D1.1 _ Welding Standard
- Knowledge of ISO 3834 _ Welding Quality Standard
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 _ Quality Management Standard
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act
Personal Requirements:
- Own Transport Essential
- Valid Driver's License
- Physically Healthy
