Minimum Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Administration/Public Management or related fields
  • 1-3 years' relevant experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure performance of efficient human resource administration and support activities.
  • Provide and advice to work force within the department.
  • Ensure building an effective workforce and maintain sound relations with sub-ordinates.
  • Identify training needs of employees in the department.
  • Plan for short-, medium- and long-term administrative functions in the department.
  • Maintain sustainable systems in respect of office administration, asset management, personnel registers, services rendered and operational cost.
  • Control of operational expenditure, use of facilities, payment of services provider and movement of moveable assets.
