MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent Relevant Office/ Human Resource/ Administrator certificate or similar at NQF 5 MS Office proficiency Medically Fit EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role Exposure to Time and Attendance systems Numerical reasoning and attention to details Knowledge of Firefly/ Ersbio or SAP Ability to generate absence reports and Org maintenance Maintain effective record keeping Excellent communication skills ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Effective administration of T&A system, ensuring accurate capturing, data integrity and reporting Good housekeeping Update T&A system with leave, transfer, inductions, medicals, and submission of relevant documents to payroll Accurate AWOP, overtime and short shift reports Investigate and provide feedback to employee queries Generate and verify accuracy of Labour reports and submit timeously to relevant line management
