MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Literacy and Numeracy at NQF level 2/ equivalent Medically fit Valid First Aid Certificate EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Previous experience as a cleaner with verifiable references Knowledge of MHSA Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies Good time management and attention to detail Ability to maintain acceptable housekeeping in the facilities and general area of responsibilities. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen, offices and boardroom and other common areas to prevent spread of germs Emptying wastebaskets, recycling bins, and ensuring proper disposal Maintain an inventory of supplies needed for the facility i.e., cleaning chemicals, towels, protective clothing Reporting unsafe acts or conditions to the supervisor Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and ready for use
