Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to) to ensure that the following administrative duties are executed:
- Reviewing the information on confirmation/ contracts to ensure that is 100% accurate and matches the master sheets/Lemax.
- Picking up on any errors and highlighting them to the Contract Managers – effectively providing a safety net to ensure no room for error.
- Capturing the data from the terms and conditions of the contracts into Lemax.
- Liaising with Suppliers to ensure that relevant documentation is signed and received and that legal compliance is followed.
- Ensuring that Contract Managers are notifying suppliers of accommodation cancellations and amendments.
- Updating and maintaining our systems and spreadsheets in real-time to ensure they are always up to date.
- Supporting the Contract Managers to ensure that the negotiation processes reach a successful conclusion.
- Be the champions on the (itinerary) information on the master sheets and Lemax.
- Assisting with ad hoc administration within the Procurement team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric
- One or more years of administrative experience.
- Excellent command of English – written and spoken
- Google Suite
- Strong knowledge of Spreadsheets
