Are you an experienced HR Generalist with a passion for structure, detail, and making a real impact? Join our team supporting a major UK retail brand and help shape an exceptional employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing employee records, onboarding, and offboarding
- Supporting recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinating induction schedules and system updates
- Tracking absences, holidays, and probation reviews
- Responding to HR queries and maintaining shared inboxes
- Preparing contracts and verifying right to work documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of solid HR generalist experience in a retail or ecommerce industry
- Matric or NQF equivalent
- HR Diploma/ Degree is a plus
- Proficiency in HR systems like PeopleHR, Avature, and Microsoft 365
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
- Clear, professional communicator with a proactive mindset
