Role Overview
We have a 6 month assignment for you to join our dedicated team at our Addictions Recovery Centre in Plettenberg Bay as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and healthcare professionals. You’ll manage day-to-day front-desk operations, foster a professional, welcoming and confidential environment, whilst working closely with our nursing team, clinical professionals and external partners to ensure smooth patient journeys and efficient centre operations.

Inherent Requirement, Skills & Qualifications
- Inherent:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Proven experience as a medical receptionist
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and practice-management software (e.g., Medisoft, Exact)
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach with strong confidentiality ethos
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Desirable:
- Certificate in Office Administration or Medical Reception
- Familiarity with addiction-recovery terminology and care pathways
