We’re a UK-based B2B marketing agency looking for a confident and experienced Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships and keep projects moving smoothly. You'll be the go-to contact for your clients, ensuring their marketing campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You’ll collaborate with our internal team, keep communications tight, and be trusted to manage multiple accounts with professionalism and proactivity.
Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship for accounts, acting as their main point of contact
- Schedule and lead monthly or bi-weekly calls to provide updates and gather feedback
- Brief creatives and specialists based on client goals and feedback
- Monitor progress of deliverables like newsletters, outreach, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Review all work before it's sent to the client, ensuring it meets expectations
- Support onboarding for new clients and manage internal timelines and updates
- Spot risks or opportunities in each account and suggest solutions
- Contribute to internal process improvement and documentation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management in an agency setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple client relationships with confidence
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to work UK hours (9am–5pm), Monday to Friday
