Overview:
Were looking for a reliable and organized Administrative & Scheduling Assistant to support day-to-day operations with a focus on staff scheduling, form processing, and general coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and able to follow up with team members in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update staff schedules based on assignments, availability, and changes
- Collect and organize basic onboarding forms (e.g., W-9 and W-4 training provided)
- Follow up with team members to ensure all required information is submitted
- Assist with organizing digital records, timesheets, and task trackers
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., data entry, formatting, simple formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
