Your Role
As our **Operations Manager – Food & Beverage**, you’ll lead from the front, ensuring excellence across two dining experiences — our casual restaurant and Skyfall, our fine-dining flagship — while supporting our thriving events department. This is a guest-facing, hands-on role for someone who thrives on the floor, energizes teams, and is relentlessly focused on customer experience.

You will be responsible for:
- Running regular training sessions tailored to service excellence
- Coaching teams on guest interaction, service flow, and standards
- Identifying development opportunities and mentoring rising talent
- Embedding a mindset of ongoing growth, learning, and pride in delivery
This role demands a natural coach who leads by example and builds empowered teams that reflect our guest promise — every shift, every service.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations across two restaurants and assist with banqueting/events
- Inspire and manage a team of 60+ (including casuals), supported by:
- 1 Senior Restaurant Manager
- 2 Assistant Restaurant Managers
- 1 Banqueting Manager
- 1 Assistant Banqueting Manager
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards across all touchpoints
- Oversee rostering, shift management, floor presence, and service quality
- Champion our culture by leading with integrity, visibility, and purpose
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in hospitality operations management
- Proven team leadership and training expertise
- Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred) + Matric (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Highly hands-on, guest-focused leadership style
- Working knowledge of **Semper POS** or similar hospitality systems
