Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings between sales representatives and prospective clients.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and sales team members to align appointments with their availability and priorities.
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling tools to maximize efficiency and prevent conflicts.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm appointments and share relevant details.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate communication of booking information.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all appointments and client interactions within the CRM system.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen aptitude for prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with scheduling software or CRM platforms is preferred.
